Lifestylewines is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers and acts in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 1993. Any details you supply to us will be safely stored in our database. We will not hold, sell, transfer, assign or rent your customer information to any third party other than our business partners, without your permission or unless required by law.

As a Member you can opt out of receiving information from us at any time.
The financial information we collect from you when we process your online credit card payment is collected on a secure server that uses the latest encryption technology. This information is strictly confidential, and the only people who have access to it are the people processing your payment.

Pricing Policy

The minimum purchase is THREE (3) beverage items plus any additional product such as books and accessories.
The exception is the 2 bottle Gift / Sampler packs that can be purchased individually and are a great way to introduce yourself the the world of heart healthy southwest France red wines.

We reserve the right to alter prices at any time in our catalogue. We will not alter the price of a purchase. However we may contact you to discuss price errors if the freight calculations have been made incorrectly.

All prices in the catalogue are GST inclusive. Delivery and insurance are not included in the catalogue prices and are calculated at “Check Out”. Again, note the exception is that the sampler / gift packs include the cost of freight except where an additional  rural delivery fee is required.

Our courier provides insurance cover for damage and losses as long as the claims are made within their time restrictions.

Money back Guarantee

Lifestylewines want you to be completely satisfied with everything you purchase from us. Therefore we offer a 100% money back guarantee on everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return any unopened beverage purchases and other products and we will refund the value of the returned wines, or replace with your alternate choices. We also understand that sometimes you may order the wrong item. It's not a problem; we will exchange or refund those items also.

If you think there is a case to refund the opened beverages also just tell us why, for example the wine is corked.

Finally, we do not charge a restocking fee but you must pay the return courier fee.

Freight Policy

We regret the cost of courier charges at this time but courier companies increased rates and not dropped them since. We strive to keep charges down and monitor the rates constantly. We pass on reductions as they occur.
Delivery times Nation-wide for Metro destinations will generally be within 3 days after payment has cleared.
Rural deliveries may incur an additional day or two. Delivery will be on business days, Monday to Friday, within New Zealand.
FREE DELIVERY - on orders over 4 dozen beverages.
Wine delivery charges are calculated on 6 and 12 bottle (or part thereof) carton rates. Delivery charges are calculated in the "Shopping Cart" and can be corrected on the “Check Out” page.

The minimum purchase quantity is 3 bottles or the 2 bottle Gift / Sampler packs. You must still select the correct Delivery Method for your region.
Please note that North & South Island rural delivery locations regretfully require an additional rural delivery fee per carton. For those  regions there is a different Delivery Method that applies this fee. Waiheke courier charges (to your door) are expensive so please call to discuss how we can make this work for you over 24 bottles.

We may need to contact you if the incorrect Delivery Method is selected and therefore the wrong delivery costs applied.
If you don't think our Delivery Methods are clear please tell us.

All wines are fully guaranteed against breakage or loss in transit. To make it possible for us to make valid claims on our couriers for courier damage you must contact us within five (5) days, or for loss within ten (10) days. While we understand you may not always be present when a delivery is made, if at all possible you should endorse the consignment note or ticket upon receipt.
If "authority to leave" in your absence has been provided then you are responsible for any event after delivery has occurred.

Returns Procedure

The procedure for honouring our guarantee is as follows

1. Call us on 09 4452945, or email using the Contact Us  page, to explain what has occurred and to discuss what will be done to honour our guarantee.
   
2. If emailing please provide a phone number in case we wish to call you. Depending upon the item(s), we will either ask you to ship the item(s) to us or dispose of it.
3. If returning then do that by courier. You must pay that courier fee.
   
4. We will issue a refund or replacement within 48 hours of receipt of the returns, or the request to dispose of the product.

It really is quite easy. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
