Chateau Bouscasse Vieilles Vignes 2004 Madiran

Chateau Bouscasse Vieilles Vignes (old vines) is one of Alain Brumont's classics which every year aims for the best quality. Distinguished and elegant, it is a classic that will charm you.

A structured and complex premium Madiran with good marriage of fruit and new oak on the nose. In the mouth the same sensations. The wine is powerful, solidly built, but the structure remains silky, warm and with soft tannins. The predominant flavors are ripe black fruit and leather. The finish has slight woody notes and a nice length. The character of old vines is used to develop complex flavors and a perfect balance. Will develop it’s full potential over the next 10 years.

Food Matching - Game, prime rib, lamb, chocolate desserts and soft fruit
