Pacherenc du Vic Bilh and Juran�on sweet whites

The stunning late harvest sweet Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh and similar Juran�on are made to have with Foies Gras, pate, terrine, parfait, blue and sheep milk cheeses, fresh fruit and desserts. DO NOT pigeon-hole these wines as only “dessert” or “pudding” wines. There are very fresh, flexible and perfect compliment for many other foods.

From the heart of the Madiran, the wonderful sweet Pacherenc du Vic Bilh wines are characterized by their aromatic richness, as are the Juran�on. With pronounced acidity and less sugar than Sauternes they are wines of superb freshness, balance and sophistication.
Typically there are three pickings at the end of the season, in late October, late November and late December. The wines from each picking are richer and more intense than the former.
